At BandsCo Straps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn watch straps. Simply ensure the item is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund or a different style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Straps

  Place the unworn straps in their original protective sleeve and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
