How do I know which strap size fits my watch?
To find your size, measure the distance between the lugs of your watch head in millimeters. Most standard watches use 18mm, 20mm, or 22mm straps. You can also check the underside of your current strap for a size engraving.
What materials are used in BandsCo Straps?
We use premium-grade materials including top-grain Italian leather, high-tensile FKM rubber, and surgical-grade 316L stainless steel for our hardware to ensure durability and comfort.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all BandsCo Straps come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your strap fails due to a production issue, we will replace it free of charge.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.
